Born June 17, 1836, to Stephen Green Eubank and Mary Ann Phillips in Peoria, Illinois.
Married THEODORE ROGERS on October 2, 1854 in Menard County, Illinois.

Mary Suzanna Eubank was born in 1836 in Peoria, Illinois where her father was the County Sheriff and the owner of a tavern. The family moved to Springfield in 1838. Her mother died in 1841 and she and her little baby sister Margaret Green went to live in the home of her mother's brother, Moreau J. Phillips.
